This is my fan creation that features the Circle of Storm with some stormy action going on!

In the middle of an old forest of Neverwinter Woods, a suspicious circle has been built by someone... I am a bit hesitant to investigate further, but I was sure that I saw an animal carcass in the middle of it! There were humanlike creatures dancing around it, singing and howling for something! I am pretty sure they are in charge of this pesky rain! :(
