Here at Detailed Dungeons we believe in immersion.
To truly get immersed in the world of D&D, you can add in music, lighting, elaborate storytelling, ambient sounds, even scents or costumes. But along with those, you need a map. As a DM you can try to to explain a location using only your words, but it will take quite a long time. If you give your players a low quality map, it doesn't feel that immersive.
That's why we decided to start working on recreating the most popular D&D locations to truly bring them to a realistic level - to give you, immersion.
Here at ArtStation you can take a look at all of our maps in their non gridded, 4K resolution forms, watermarks included. We've got a lot of maps already, but we aren't nearly finished. Our goal is to map out the entire D&D universe, and with your help, that's possible.
